1. Jog around house or garage.

2. 10 push-ups - 10 sit-ups - 10 jumping jacks
3. Practice dribbling a basketball outside or pretend if you don’t have one. Start by dribbling with good hand and keep control of your dribble. Dribble by standing in one spot by keeping head up, knees bent, and bringing ball up to only your waist. Then dribble while moving around. Then use opposite hand to dribble in one spot, then move around. Move forward and backwards, side to side, and varying speed of your dribble. Continue to practice by alternating hands. Practice for 10 minutes.
4. Practice pitching a ball and if you don’t have one you can pretend. Boys use a wind up to pitch over hand, girls can pitch underhand or wind up. Set up a target to pitch at and move back twenty paces. The target should be from, two feet to four feet high and about 2 feet wide. Pitch around 20-30 pitches.

3. Find a small ball and practice tossing into the air and catching it. Use both hands to catch and if you can catch 3 times, throw the ball up higher. Now walk and throw ball in the air. Try to throw it higher as you walk. If you can bounce the ball do that and try to catch the ball on one bounce. Practice for 5 minutes.
4. Practice balancing on one foot. Then try the other foot. Touch the toe of your shoe to your nose, then the other foot. Balance on one knee, then the other knee. Use one arm and one leg only. Then try a somersault on the grass. Try a log roll and an egg roll. If you know how, try a cart-wheel. Now try a bear crawl, crab walk, frog jump, kangaroo jump, and one of your own. Repeat again.
